Bootcamp Boston

Boot Camp Training In Boston Welcome to Bootcamp (Yashir) Boston! We are a 16 000 sq ft, training facility in Charlestown, that provides a variety of fitness and training methods based on Israeli Military programs. The IDF (Israeli Defense Force) is world renowned for its “Combat Fitness” – Cosher Kravi – program that takes new recruits, many of who are overweight and unfit, and in the course of a few months gets them fighting fit. Our Bootcamp – along with all our fitness programs - uses these same effective, tried and tested methods to get people into the best shape of their lives.

Our Bootcamp workouts are both original and fun, using a mixture of bodyweight exercises, free weights, kettlebells, sandbags, wrestling sacks, battle-ropes, etc - coupled with spin bikes and rowers to provide a complete full body workout in each Bootcamp class. Our studio is light, spacious and airy with high ceilings and large matted areas for training barefoot as well as in sneakers. In the Spring and Summer months we also train outdoors, in a variety of environments e.g. parks, woodland, beaches etc.

Boot Camp Training In Boston Our “Cosher Kravi”, Combat Fitness program/Bootcamp is part of our larger Krav Maga program. Krav Maga is the self-defense system used by the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) and like its fitness program, is aimed to get a new recruit proficient in hand-to-hand combat in the shortest possible time.     Strongman Training Boston

    • When people think of Strongman Training, their first thoughts are normally of 300 l b behemoths pulling trucks and hurling kegs. Strongman Training however is accessible to all and provides a unique and original way to gain real strength. Rather than simply lifting bars and dumbbells, which are balanced and designed to be lifted, strongman training uses, irregular objects where the weight isn’t always centered such as Atlas Stones, Logs & Kegs.
